The property is located 43km to Varna Airport. It consists of an old stone house and several agricultural buildings next to it. The house (45 m2) has 3 rooms, 1 basement and a toilet outside the house. There is a wonderful view to the mountain.The house is located right opposite a great location for para gliding used regularly by a top class para-gliders also for national championships, near the village you can go hunting, hiking or rock climbing, there are also alot of caves in the area.In the village there is a day care, elementary school, post office, doctor, few food shops and a train station(1 km far from the village). Town-folks main occupation is breeding cows and sheep. You get to the village for about half an hour on the Varna-Sofia Highway.
